900 ton girder lifter TT900 wheel precast girder gantry
cranes lifting machine.
XCMG TT900 precast girder gantry cranes is designed and
manufactured in response to the construction characteristics and requirements
of high-tonnage prestressed concrete box girders for China’s dedicated
passenger railways.
It’s applicable for the in-site handling and installation
of 32m, 24m, and 10m full-span box girders for 250~350km/h dedicated passenger
railways.
It works with the girder transporter to complete the
installation of full-span concrete box girders.
Performance Characteristics:
1.With double-girder double-gantry tower outrigger
structure, the girder transporter can directly drive into the machine belly for
transportation of girders.
2.The wheeled full-hydraulic drive can realize the
longitudinal, lateral, and inclined traveling and small-angle steering,
featuring high flexibility and mobility.
3.With lifting height up to 12.5m, it can realize
simultaneously lifting of one girder and transportation of two girders,
featuring small occupation area.
4.The lifting system can realize four-point lifting and
three-point balancing to prevent the distortion of girder body.
5.This machine real-time monitors the running parameters
and incorporates the over-limit warning and emergency locking functions,
including the load over-limit, steering error over-limit, and machine
off-tracking.
6.The electric system adopts CAN-BUS control to realize
the remote malfunction checking and diagnosis functions and improve the
malfunction troubleshooting efficiency.
