XG320 self-propelled hot melt
paint road marking machine is equipped with a stepless variable speed travel
system, which greatly improves the construction efficiency and is suitable for
the hot melt construction pavement with slope.
With the hot melt kettle, the
difficult marking construction can be completed. The equipment adopts specially made
high-precision cast iron marking bucket to ensure perfect lines, adaptable to
different road conditions.
The glass bead diffuser is
equipped with speed regulating buffer device.
High marking quality, fast speed and flexible operation and simple
maintenance.
1.Marking bucket
made of high-precision
ultra-thin material, the bottom knife adopts wear-resistant, anti-deformation
and anti-oxidation, scraper structure, to ensure that the perfect marking line;
2.Rubber wheel
resistant to abrasion and
heat, special rubber wheel, rear tail wheel with locator, to ensure the machine
travels according to lines;
3.Heating system
15kg liquefied petroleum
gas tank is used to supply gas to the built-in heater in the paint barrel, the
front and rear nozzle of the marking bucket and the external point musket. The
fire power is controlled by the point musket.
