The scissors aerial work platform which
is the newly developed series by XCMG can provide customers with a variety of
personalization options. The compact structure can be applied flexibly in a
narrow space; with the new electric drive system, the driving is more smooth,
without emissions more environmentally friendly; industry-leading automatic
pothole protection system, safe and reliable; more extensible platform
workspace. Shear can be used in the truck series construction and maintenance
of commercial buildings, warehouses, airports and other areas.
Advantages and highlights:
1.Scissor-type Boom Assembly
The boom assembly mainly consists of four sets of scissor-type boom. This model
is equipped with narrow-type boom with local reinforcement and good
reliability.
2.Electrical System
The electrical system adopts CAN bus control technology; the chassis is fitted
with controller and the platform is equipped with operating handle. The chassis
communicates with the platform controller through CAN bus to control the
movement of the platform.
The electrical system could realize the following movements: Left/right turn of
platform, traveling on forward and backward directions, control of high/low
traveling speed and rising/lowering movement of platform.
3.Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is driven with power unit. The power is supplied from the
storage battery to the battery pump which drives the hydraulic system directly.
The hydraulic system adopts elector-hydraulic proportional control technology,
which could realize stable movement of platform.
The lifting cylinder is equipped with hydraulic lock to maintain the work
platform reliably in the case that the hydraulic hose is broken. The lifting
cylinder is equipped with emergency lowering valve which may lower the platform
at stable speed in cases of unexpected faults and power failure to ensure the
personal safety.
