On June 10, XCMG Group and BHP, a leading global resources company, signed a global strategic cooperation framework agreement in Xuzhou. Building on their shared commitment to technological innovation and sustainable development, the two parties will jointly usher in a new era of strategic collaboration in green and smart mining.

Under the framework agreement, the two companies will deepen cooperation across multiple dimensions, including joint equipment R&D, full lifecycle management, and localized service system development.

Leveraging its expertise in the R&D and manufacturing of large-scale mining equipment, XCMG will work with BHP to explore and develop green, intelligent mining solutions that meet the highest international technical standards, safety regulations, and sustainability requirements. Together, they aim to establish a new generation of mining operations that are safer, more efficient, and environmentally friendly.
