2、What is our warranty period?
A: For new machines, our warranty period is generally 12 months or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first; for used machines, our warranty policy excludes covered parts and wearing parts, and the warranty period for the engine, transmission, hydraulic pump, distribution valves and electrical system is 3 months or 500 working hours, whichever comes first. If any problem occurs during the warranty period, XCMG will provide appropriate solutions.
