On July 20, XCMG Machinery signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China International Marine Containers (Group) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CIMC) in Shekou, Shenzhen. According to the agreement, the two sides give full play to their advantages in industry, technology, capital, talents, management, market, resources and other fields, and carry out strategic cooperation in the fields of logistics machinery and equipment, logistics services, new energy, overseas business, capital cooperation, enterprise management etc. to achieve win-win cooperation.

It is reported that XCMG Machinery and CIMC will jointly promote the healthy development of industries and enterprises and contribute new value to the development of national strategic industries with the original intention of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.

At the symposium, the two sides also conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as future cooperation, deepening strategic cooperation and expanding cooperation fields. Under the guidance of the national ‘double carbon’ strategy, the two sides will focus on the goals of ‘green, low-carbon’ and ‘be safe and reliable’, and work together to lead the green development of the industry in terms of unmanned container transfer solutions, warehouse material transfer solutions, and recycling vehicle leasing and operation services. At the same time, we will also jointly explore the research and development of hydrogen powered machinery, hydrogen energy technology and high-strength materials, and strengthen the development of new energy, new materials and other fields.

At the meeting, XCMG Smart Logistics, XCMG Material Supply, XCMG Port Machinery and XCMG Special Machinery also introduced their current cooperation with CIMC and future prospects of both sides.
