Recently, the comprehensive "full lifecycle, full value chain" solution customized by XCMG Forklift was successfully implemented. This project goes beyond mere equipment supply—it provides systematic, scenario-driven empowerment, offering a practical reference model for the tobacco industry in advancing green and intelligent transformation.

Moving beyond single equipment procurement, XCMG Forklift has built a systematic service system around tobacco operations, focusing on six key dimensions: smart operation, customized matching, innovative business models, and full-chain services. This helps customers reduce operating costs and ensures long-term stable production.

Leveraging its technological expertise in new energy and intelligent solutions, XCMG focuses on the entire customer value chain, offering integrated support from program design and product configuration to operation and maintenance. This collaborative model can be flexibly adapted to the needs of different industries, demonstrating replicable and scalable value.

The implementation of this project represents a concrete practice in response to China’s 15th Five-Year Plan, which promotes innovation-driven development, green and low-carbon transition, and intelligent transformation in manufacturing.
