The XDE240 mining dump truck carries more than 200 tons of heavy objects. XCMG mine cars must be able to operate in "24 hours and three shifts" without any failure. "Under the premise that there are only XCMG mine cars in the entire mine, this is undoubtedly a huge test for the reliability and stability of the equipment." XCMG mine cars have been reorganized into unmanned driving for nearly 2 years, and they have exceeded their tasks every month. XCMG's 220-ton mine car has successfully passed the test. The project leader recalled.

"Since the equipment has been in operation, except for system leveling and daily maintenance, XCMG mine cars have been running very stably." Speaking of this, the project leader expressed his satisfaction and praised XCMG's service. "Even if the temperature reaches minus 30 degrees at night, as long as we make a phone call, XCMG's service personnel will arrive at the scene immediately to solve the problem for us. At present, the mine has dozens of XCMG XDE240 mining dump trucks in operation. 

The project leader of "Complete Reorganization in 2022" introduced that "the utilization rate of mining trucks exceeds 80%, and they work efficiently with electric shovels, bulldozers, and road graders, which significantly improves production efficiency and achieves the goal of reducing manpower, increasing safety and improving efficiency."
