XCMG Demonstrates Zero Carbon Smart Mining Solution, Setting a New Industry Paradigm
XCMG has recently made a groundbreaking launch of the "world's first integrated zero-carbon smart mining solution," swiftly capturing the industry's spotlight. This solution directly tackles the perennial challenges of open-pit mining—high safety risks, significant pollution, substantial operational costs, and low productivity. It converges five critical elements into a comprehensive full-industry-chain package: green energy solutions, core green components and technologies, environmentally friendly complete product suites, unmanned operation, and circular recycling. This integrated approach is redefining the global standard for green mine construction and heralding a new era of sustainable transformation for the mining industry.
XCMG's integrated green energy management system, which incorporates wind-solar power generation, high-efficiency energy storage, and equipment energy replenishment, provides holistic solutions not just for electricity sourcing and storage, but also for its application. Utilizing charging stations, battery-swap stations, and megawatt-level ultra-fast charging systems, it enables battery swapping in a mere 5.5–7.5 minutes.
