一、 Usage and Characteristic
1、main usage
BZC300CJHW is truck mounted 300m water well drilling rig. It can drill in different layer (Clay layer, sandy soil layer, weathered rock, bedrock etc) with suitable drilling tools.With reasonable design, superior performance and complete tools, it can drill with different technology, eg. mud, air foam drilling, DTH drilling, air- lifting reverse drilling to suitable different stratum.
2、 Main characteristic
BZC300CJHW is made using SINOTRUK HOWO 6X6 special chassis. The diesel engine, double winches, mud pump and rotary table, drill tower are on the chassis. It is easy to move, good mobility.
1）、The drilling rig has for four hydraulic legs. The four hydraulic legs can move at the same time and can move separately, so that the drilling rig can quick leveling . The two rear legs can stretch out and then improve the stability of the rig.
2）、The rotary table is dial bar type,with internal spiral bevel gear drive, transfer high torque smoothly.
3）、The rig install China famous large displacement reciprocating piston pump. It can ensure the smooth progress of drilling with large displacement and high pressure.
4）、The lifting force of main and secondary hoisting is large and can meet the normal drilling and can deal with general accidents.
5）、The rig has auxiliary rod relief cylinder which push the ratchet teeth reverse rotation to dismantle the first joint thread of drill pipe, then rotarytable reverse rotate,so lighten labor intensity and improve the life of spare parts.
