TJ180L Bridge-Erecting Machine
Main Applications
It’s used to erect the prestressed reinforced concrete girder segments in span of ≤40m for road bridges and the T-girders (girders 2201, 2101, and 2103 for common bridges) and girder 9753 for special bridges for ≤200km/h mixed passenger and freight new and renovated railways.
This machine is of single-boom simple support type with wheeled/rail-mounted type through-hole mode and can mechanically traverse the girder segments in full amplitude to realize one-time proper placement of girder segments
Technical Features
The single-span body structure and the front outriggers in triangular structure remarkably improve the machine stability.
The three-outrigger structure features optimized and compact machine structure, requiring no anchorage throughout the operations.
The through-hole traveling adopts wheel-drive mode to remarkably improve the through-hole efficiency.
