HB58K泵车是徐工自主研发的轻量化系列混凝土泵车, 以“安全、可靠、环保、领先”的卓越品质领先于国内同行业，与国际先进技术同步。为徐工融合施维英技术的首款弧形腿长臂架泵车。

产品主要技术亮点

（1）弧形支腿技术：融合施维英技术的弧形支腿，实现了支腿布局的革命性突破，一级伸缩弧形支腿即可实现两级伸缩X支腿的跨距，伸缩机构简单，可靠性高。

（2）独特的裙阀技术：等弯矩设计的裙阀，受力均匀，密封可靠，轴承环、眼镜板、切割环寿命大幅提升。其单边磨损的特性，使工作寿命理论达到S阀的2倍。大流线形腔体设计，泵送阻力小，能耗更低。敞口式结构，修复更方便。

（3）六节“RZ”型折叠臂：融合中德50年臂架技术，展、收臂效率提高40%以上，高层布料范围增加30%以上；臂架采用外置连杆结构，整体刚性更强，极限振幅降低35%。优化的管道布置，使混凝土输送管顺应臂架的应力流，降低了输送管支架的冲击应力，可靠性大幅提升，输送管寿命同步提高25%以上，最大布料高度58米。

（4）采用行业领先的全液压换向开式系统技术：与施维英领先全球的全液压换向技术进行全面融合，换向信号的提取及控制全部由液压完成，避免电气频繁触发及恶劣环境带来的可靠性问题，用户后期维护成本低。换向可靠性全面领先行业，换向时间比国内现有先进水平缩短40%。

实现换向顺序的优化，通过控制主缸和摆缸换向顺序，减少空气的吸入，提高混凝土吸入效率，同时提高泵送混凝土的连续性，泵送效率提高5%。通流量主阀体积比目前国内先进水平降低50%，重量降低50%，液力损失降低0.5MPa以上。

（5）控制系统全面升级：融合施维英技术混凝土泵车的控制系统集全新一代节能控制技术、远程监控及故障诊断技术、新型总线控制反馈型遥控系统、工业集成电路技术、单边作业技术，安全、可靠。

（6）在行业率先采用第3代节能技术：目前行业多采用极限功率技术进行节能，而HB58K在此基础上率先进行了万有特向曲线的优化匹配，节能效果比现有产品油耗平均降低10%～30%，比行业内现有水平油耗平均降低5%。实现发动机、液压泵及负载三者之间的最佳关系的匹配，使发动机的功率被充分吸收。
