HPC30KI混凝土喷浆车是集行走、混凝土泵送、喷射于一体的设备，主要用于大断面铁路、公路隧道、边坡、水利水电的隧洞和涵洞及各种地下军用、民用建筑等地下工程领域。

产品主要技术亮点

（1）超长喷射臂架：加长型两级伸缩臂架，最大喷射高度18m，前方最远喷射距离14.8m。喷射范围更广。

（2）灵巧型喷射系统：创新设计的末端摆动臂架，配三自由度喷射机构和万向摇杆遥控器，喷浆作业更加灵活，无死角，最大程度的满足隧道施工要求。

（3）高效裙阀泵送系统：

融合施维英全液压换向技术，换向时间短、喷射脉冲小，回弹量少、喷射平整度好。

摆动液控阀采用整体锥阀式结构，摆动冲击小，臂架振动小。

（4）创新型电机+底盘双动力：除电机主动力外，底盘动力可实现无电状态下的臂架和支腿伸缩、吨桶内速凝剂加注；泵送系统与高压水泵同时工作，确保整机清洗更加方便、高效。

（5）便捷的维修保养：

快开式设计，可轻松进行输送管更换、产品维修及润滑油加注等维护保养工作。

创新设计的转台输送管布局，拆装更方便。
