XG860 self-propelled hot melt highway road line marking paint machine is the key equipment for hot melting marking construction.
The machine adopts the high-precision integrated cast iron marking bucket to ensure all marking bucket with equal side, even thickness and neat line type. Lightweight, portable, easy to operate, easy to maintain.
1.Paint barrel: double-layer stainless steel heat preservation and heating barrel, capacity 100kg, insert agitator, paint barrel can be quickly removed and replaced;
2.Glass microsphere spreader: synchronous clutch spreader;
3.Knife: inlaid hard alloy material (knife with pure alloy can be optional);
4.Rubber wheel: cast iron wheel hub, heat-resistant rubber special, rear tail wheel with locator;
5.Heating system:15kg liquefied petroleum gas tank is used to supply gas to the built-in heater in the paint barrel, the front and rear nozzle of the marking bucket and the external point musket.
