Gaodetec GGP500700100PI-D Diesel Cement Bentonite Grout Pump Mixing Plant is combination of mixer, agitator and hydraulic piston grout pump in one plant. It’s mainly used for ground and underground engineering such as highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining.
After the slurry is completely mixed by mixer, then is pumped into agitator. And the pump suction is connected to the outlet of agitator. To turn on this grout pump, then to start to grout. Due to this station is combination of mixer, agitator and grout, so the continuous grout is available.
The plant is hydraulic drive with compact structure, convenient operation, less space occupation. The output is stepless variable.
The features and advantages of this machine are as follows：
1. Compact size, grout injection plant is combination of mixer, agitator and piston grout pump in one base frame;
2. Yuken relief valve and directional valve for hydraulic system of grout pump;
3. Butterfly valve of mixer and agitator;
4. Oil temperature gauge can automatically control cooler fan working in normal temperature range, if temperature is too high, the machine will stop work automatically;
