On December 30, in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province, Wang Min, Chairman of XCMG Group, delivered a commemorative plaque for the completion of the one billion yuan large-tonnage crawler crane project to Xie Lijing, general manager of Shanghai Tengfa Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., declaring that the industry’s super-large order landed smoothly.

 

At the event site, the two parties once again signed a two billion mid-to-long-term strategic cooperative procurement agreement. XCMG and Shanghai Tengfa will implement in-depth strategic cooperation in super large-tonnage crawler cranes, large circular rail cranes, and new hoisting construction methods to open up new opportunities for win-win development.

Established in 1995, Shanghai Tengfa Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is one of the first domestic construction enterprises to realize internationalization and professionalization of hoisting engineering. The total tonnage of its cranes exceeds 40,000 tons, and its construction performance covers all engineering fields such as petroleum, chemical industry, wind power, and municipal administration.

 

In 2008, Shanghai Tengfa Development’s first XCMG 50-ton crawler crane was put into use, and the prelude to the cooperation between the two parties was officially opened. In recent years, the two parties have continuously deepened their long-term cooperative relationship and reached a strategic purchase agreement of one billion yuan in 2020. In the next 18 months, more than 50 large-tonnage crawler cranes, including the world’s first XCMG XLC26000 2,000-ton crawler crane, have been successfully delivered.

 

XCMG equipment has successively assisted Shanghai Tengfa to complete many national key engineering projects such as Shenghong Petrochemical, Asia Cup Main Stadium, and ultra-high-power large-scale wind power. Finally, in December 2021, it has completed the smooth delivery of one billion yuan crawler crane products, creating another piece of history in China’s hoisting industry!

Looking back to 2021, XCMG crawler cranes have always focused on the product innovation strategy of Three Highs and One Large, and continued to build large-tonnage crawler crane clusters represented by XGC450, XGC500, XGC800-I, and XGC15000A, demonstrating the strength and self-confidence of China’s manufacturing to the global large-scale hoisting engineering field.
