XCMG Unveils Five New Groundbreaking Emergency Rescue Products!​​

Yesterday marked the opening of the 21st China International Fire Rescue Exhibition in Beijing. Guided by the principles of ​​intelligent, unmanned, and green development​​, XCMG presented a diverse range of scenario-based solutions, showcasing ​​16 emergency rescue products​​ in total. Among them, ​​five made their global debut​​.


 

​YT16K1 — China’s Most Compact Aerial Ladder Fire Truck​

Designed to conquer narrow spaces, the ​​YT16K1 Aerial Ladder Fire Truck​​ features an innovative structural design that allows easy access through tight alleys in old residential areas and urban villages. With a minimum turning diameter of just ​​15.5 meters​​, it ensures unimpeded access for rescue operations.


 

​HK50 — China’s First Forest Chemical Firebreak Creation Vehicle​

The ​​HK50 Forest Chemical Firebreak Vehicle​​ can operate on the move, spraying fire retardant while in motion. It creates an ​​800-meter firebreak in under 10 minutes​​, offering ​​36 hours of flame resistance​​ and ​​48-hour biodegradability​​. With a maximum spray height of ​​15 meters​​, reach of ​​7.5 meters​​, and range exceeding ​​20 meters​​, it uses technological power to halt the spread of forest fires.


 

​PM100G2 — Industry’s First Unmanned Turbine Foam Fire Truck​

The ​​PM100G2 Unmanned Turbine Foam Fire Truck​​ can drive autonomously to the fire site and position itself automatically. It supports ​​unmanned intelligent operation and maintenance​​, enabling fully unmanned firefighting processes. Its dual-mode turbine fan delivers high-efficiency elevated spraying with ​​high flow rate and fine mist​​, rapidly absorbing heat and cooling fires — ideal for electrical equipment fires.


 

​PY10G2 — Industry’s First Mother-Daughter Positive/Negative Pressure Smoke Extraction Vehicle​

Equipped with multiple smoke expulsion modes, the ​​PY10G2 Mother-Daughter Positive/Negative Pressure Smoke Vehicle​​ operates effectively in high temperatures up to ​​280°C​​ and heavy smoke conditions. With a smoke extraction range exceeding ​​300 meters​​, it significantly enhances fire response capabilities in underground parking garages, utility tunnels, and similar scenarios.


 

​JX140HEV — Industry’s First Megawatt Hybrid Airport Fire Truck​

The ​​JX140HEV Hybrid Airport Fire Truck​​ boasts ​​megawatt-level power​​, supporting fuel, electric, or hybrid modes. It offers high-speed mobility, accelerating from ​​0 to 80 km/h in ≤19 seconds​​ when fully loaded, with a top speed of ​​≥125 km/h​​. Its boom reaches heights of ​​≥19 meters​​, enabling firefighting while moving. It delivers a flow rate of ​​≥25 L/s​​ and can pierce ​​5 mm aluminum or 3 mm steel plates​​, providing a ​​fast and precise solution for aircraft fire emergencies​​.


 


These five new products exemplify how XCMG is driving the evolution of ​​“new-quality rescue capabilities”​​ through innovation.
