XCMG heavy duty 25 ton forklift HNF-250 with CVT
transmission.
The HNF-250 first unit of heavy duty 25 ton forklift with
CVT transmission in china. The transmission adopts the driving model combined
by mechanical and hydraulic, it is a new torque transfer method.
The engine output torque is distributed by mechanical and
hydraulic and shifted, torsional transferred, then inter-flow to output shaft.
The transmission controlled the transmission ratio by
controlling the ratio of mechanical and hydraulic flow, realizing the
continuously adjustable of the gear ratio.
1，Comparing with the current widely
adopted AT (hydraulic) transmission. It can save 25% fuel and reduce the same
percentage emission. And is also more energy-saving comparing with hydrostatic
transmission.
