Papua New Guinea(PNG) is in the transition stage from primitive society to modern society, and all kinds of infrastructure construction needs are fully released.

In Port Moresby, the capital of PNG, the Sogheri Expressway is under construction. Six customized and upgraded XCMG XE215C excavators, as construction pioneers, were put into use immediately.

Equipped with a 128.5KW high-power engine, the XE215C has strong power and can easily cope with various complex working conditions such as rocks, earthwork, and woodland, with higher adaptability.

The 800mm widened crawler reduces the grounding specific pressure, and the walking traction is large, which greatly enhances the passage of the equipment in the mountains, hills and forest areas.

By optimizing the design of the rain-proof electrical system, the equipment can provide effective protection for the local construction environment in the rainy season for up to half a year.

Since it was put into use, XCMG excavators have won the praise of local construction leaders with their excellent performance of working 20 hours a day on average, “XCMG excavators are competent in various working conditions, not only smooth in motion, low noise, and very comfortable to drive and ride. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, XCMG overseas service engineers have been stationed in the front line for a long time to provide technical support and spare parts response for the project construction, so that customers have no worries. For equipment performance, electrical components, operation and maintenance and other knowledge, XCMG also provides systematic training for project operators, which has won a good market reputation and won the trust of customers.

Up to now, XCMG has exported nearly 100 excavators to Papua New Guinea.
