XS203H vibratory roller is a highly efficient and energy-saving super heavy machinery driven single drum vibratory roller independently developed by XCMG. The applied China-III Shangchai 7H electrically controlled high pressure common rail engine, hydraulic damping control technology and hydrostatic transmission technology are used to improve the operating comfort. The "three-in-one" combination technology, optimized transmission system, so that the compaction performance and efficiency can be effectively improved; Three stage braking is adopted to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole machine.

Performance Characteristics:

* Equipped with China-Ill Shangchai high pressure common rail EFI diesel engine, achieves optimal fuel consumption working area, reduces the comprehensive fuel consumption by 10%, high power reserve.

* Reasonable matched transmission system achieves the best compaction speed, the operating efficiency is thus increased by 8%.

* The whole machine adopts three-level braking, service braking, parking braking and emergency braking. After emergency braking, the engine will be flame out and the whole machine is power off, safe and reliable.

* The vibration damping device with combined stiffness is adopted in the cab and frame, which significantly improves the working comfort of the operator.

* Scientific and reasonable air duct design, the air conditioning system radiates heat independently to ensure sufficient air intake and improve the heat dissipation ability comprehensively.
